Saturdays @ 11 a.m. on Christopher Street Pier

Sweat away Friday night’s shenanigans and earn the post-workout bottomless mimosas at brunch.  The skill-based workout focuses on strength, agility and coordination and finishes with a metabolic circuit that incorporates a little bit of everything –all without touching a weight!


Thursdays @ 7p on Christopher Street Pier

Finish the day with a skill-based workout on the pier that finishes just in time for the sunset.  This smaller group workout gets more in-depth with bodyweight skills and incorporates team and partner drills to keep you from slacking.  All this in a gorgeous setting–perfect for a fitness selfie to shame all of your lazy friends on social media.


Monthly, Saturday 11 a.m. on Fire Island Pines, Beach Hill Walk

Take full advantage of a beach workout using the sand as an extra challenge.  This unique circuit incorporates exercises that can’t be done in a gym or anywhere else.  Expect bodyweight exercises, partner drills and even get your hands on kettlebells in this full-body workout.  Then stick around for a beach picnic–there may even be a cocktail prepared as a post workout drink!


As trainers, we throw around words like “functional movement,” but you don’t care about that. You want to get hotter without getting hurt. We want to help.

Originally from California, Bradford has a performance background having earned his MFA at the National Theatre Conservatory and  was an instructor for the Trapeze School New York.Training since 2009, he specializes in bodyweight exercise, kettlebells and barbell strength training.

Originally from Florence,  Alabama, Alex studied Kinesiology at the University of Alabama. He grew up around water as a competitive swimmer, surfer, and ocean lifeguard. His background in fitness inspired him to become certified as an RKC and Institute of Motion instructor. He has a passion for body weight movements and loves to be upside down. Alex also loves to travel and explore the world. When the weathers nice, expect to find him outdoors.

Is a former collegiate soccer player at Case Western Reserve where he studied international relations and sports medicine.  Since then he has become a certified strength and conditioning coach and specializes in bodyweight exercise and movement mechanics.

Vivian Luo

The Belle of BoSfit

Vivian has a diverse athletic background, playing volleyball since age five and later expanding to basketball, muay thai, swim, and lacrosse.  Now living in NYC, she continues to embrace athleticism in the form of HIIT training, indoor rock climbing, road and obstacle races, strength training, and yoga.  She has obtained her RKC instructor certification, completed her 200 hour teacher training at Yoga Vida, participated in Global Bodyweight Training’s  Animal Flow Workshop, and is a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver.
